for JAVA 1.X with a complete scene-graph-concept like VRML97. Check it

The realtime raytracing is achieved by OtakInc's new
realtime raytracing engine which is still in beta-stadium but can handle :
All sort of quadrics, boxes and triangles, with shadowing, reflection,
texturing, bump-mapping, phong-reflections, Cook&Torrance-reflections
This demonstration should be run on at least a PII-400mhz with Microsoft Internet Explorer >= 4.0
