You can open the Sender Aliases Dialog by choosing the menu command Options > Sender Aliases.
A sender alias is a name for a sender you receive facsimile from. Since the sender ID coming with the facsimile document consist of up to 20 digits this alias makes it easier for you to identify the sender.
Sender ID specifies the ID of the sender you receive facsimile from. This usually consists of digits 0-9, "+" and space. This element is only available, if you have selected an item in the list below.
The Alias is the name for the sender that should be displayed instead of the sender ID. This element is only available, if you have selected an item in the list below.
With the Apply-button you can apply the changes you made to the list below.
The Sender Alias List shows the aliases you have already defined. You can select an item to make changes to it.
The Add-button adds a blank entry to the list.
The Delete-button removes the currently selected item from the list.
With the Close-button you can close this dialog.
